Privacy policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

This policy explains how the administrator of the ugcagencies.com service handles personal data of brands, agencies and visitors. You can reach us at support@ugcagencies.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The administrator of the ugcagencies.com service decides how your personal data is used. For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to support@ugcagencies.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Your email address and the 6 digit code check when you send a brief, list an agency or request a correction
  • The contents of a brief you build and send, including the agencies you selected
  • For agencies, profile details you publish and your plan and billing period
  • Correction, removal or objection requests and the messages you send us
  • Technical data needed to run the service securely: IP address, browser type, the page that sent you and campaign tags in the link you followed
  • Payment details are entered on the payment operator's page and are not stored by us, except for the status and amount of payments

3. Agency profiles built from public pages

Unclaimed agency profiles contain only business information that the agency itself published on its own website, such as its name, services, platforms, prices and portfolio links, each with its source. If a profile includes personal data of a person at the agency, it comes from the same public pages. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in helping brands compare UGC agencies. You can object, ask for a correction or ask for removal at Request a correction or removal, and removal requests are honored.

4. Why we use your data

  • To confirm your email and sign you in, based on the service you requested
  • To deliver your brief to the agencies you selected and email you next steps, based on the service you requested
  • To provide the agency plan you chose and handle billing, based on our contract with you
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest
  • To understand which pages and entry points lead to signups, based on our legitimate interest
  • To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules

5. Who receives your data

  • The agencies you select receive your brief and contact email
  • A hosting provider in the EU or the US that runs our servers
  • An email delivery provider that sends codes and notifications
  • A payment operator that processes agency payments
  • Authorities, only where the law requires it

We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside your country

Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from the European Economic Area is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

  • Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days
  • Briefs and accounts are kept while you use the service and deleted on request
  • Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires
  • Server logs are kept for a short period needed for security

8. Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as the session and security cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

9. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Depending on where you live, including under California law, you may have further rights, and we do not discriminate against anyone who uses them. Write to support@ugcagencies.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. A brief is visible only to the agencies the brand selected. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run the service.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes are announced by email to account holders.
