How sponsored placement works in a neutral directory
Sponsored slots sit in a clearly labelled area above or beside the organic results. They never change the organic order, which is set by fit to the brand's filters, data completeness and then the alphabet. Brands trust a list that cannot be bought, and that trust is what makes your sponsored slot worth seeing. The rules are public on the methodology page.
Your agency may already have a public profile
If your agency publishes its services and prices, it may already appear as an Unclaimed profile built only from facts on your own site, each linked to its source. Claiming it lets you correct, complete and update every field, add portfolio links and receive the briefs brands address to you. Any agency can also request a correction or removal at any time.
Questions about agency plans
Do brands pay anything?
No. Brands search, compare and send briefs at no cost. Only agencies pay for their plan.
Is there a commission on projects I win?
No. You pay your plan and keep everything you agree with the brand.
What counts as a brief addressed to me?
A brief a brand sends with your agency among its selected recipients. On Listed, up to 10 such briefs per month are delivered; Featured and higher plans have no limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan charges the difference right away and the new features start when the payment clears. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final. The exceptions are a double charge, an unauthorized charge and a total outage of the service, as set out in the refund policy.
Is there a plan without a fee?
No. An unclaimed public profile is public information, not a plan. Claiming and managing a profile starts with Listed.
