UgcAgencies

UGC agency ranking methodology and data sources

Most UGC agency lists are written by an agency or platform that puts itself first. This page explains exactly how our lists are ordered, where each fact comes from and what money can and cannot buy.

How organic results are ordered

There is no editorial score, no star rating and no numbered verdict. Pages such as best UGC agencies and best UGC platforms explain the criteria and show filtered lists by use case, not a winner.

  1. 01 First, fit to your filters: platform, budget against the published minimum, monthly volume, usage rights terms and turnaround.
  2. 02 Second, data completeness: how many decision facts the agency has published and we could link to a source.
  3. 03 Third, alphabetical order, so agencies with equal fit and completeness are never ranked by opinion.
Sponsored

What sponsored placement can and cannot buy

Agencies on the Featured, Spotlight and Network plans can appear in a separate slot labelled Sponsored, above or beside the organic results. A sponsored slot never changes the organic order, never removes another agency and never alters any fact on a profile. The label is a text label, so it is visible without relying on color.

Where every fact comes from

An Unclaimed profile is built only from facts the agency itself published: name, website, listed services, platforms, published price or minimum, portfolio links to its own pages and headquarters country if stated. Each fact carries the source link and the date it was checked. If a fact cannot be verified, it is left out, and the field shows Not published. A Claimed profile is maintained by the agency, which is responsible for keeping its own data accurate.

What we never publish

  • Reviews, star ratings or scores
  • Client logos or client lists
  • Follower or creator counts, unless the agency published them, in which case they are quoted with the source
  • Copies of agency videos (portfolio items are links to the agency's own pages)

How budget fit is marked

When you set a monthly budget, each row is marked within published minimum, below published minimum, or minimum not published. We do not estimate a minimum the agency has not stated.

Corrections and removals

Any listed agency can request a correction or removal. Corrections are checked against the agency's own pages or confirmed by the agency. Removal requests are honored. Brands can report an outdated fact the same way.

Independence from the agencies we list

UgcAgencies does not produce UGC and takes no commission on projects. Agencies pay a subscription for profile management, briefs and labelled sponsored slots, and nothing else changes in exchange for payment.
