Insense plans and prices compared
These are the self serve plans on Insense's pricing page at our latest check. Managed services exist but are quoted separately.
| Plan | Monthly price | Billing | Marketplace fee | Seats | Brands |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 650 USD | One month only | 20 percent | 1 | 1 |
| Brand | 500 USD, or 400 USD annual | 1,500 USD per quarter or 4,800 USD per year | 10 percent | 2 | 1 |
| Agency | 800 USD, or 640 USD annual | 2,400 USD per quarter or 7,680 USD per year | 7 percent | 4 | 5 |
The Trial allows one campaign and up to 10 creators, then moves to the Brand plan billed quarterly unless you cancel 48 hours before it ends. Brand and Agency allow unlimited campaigns and creators. Extra seats cost 30 USD per month each and extra brands 100 USD per month each. The Trial includes one Meta Partnership Ads connection and the Brand plan ten, with more sold in blocks of five for 125 USD per month. The Agency plan has unlimited connections. All plans list TikTok Spark Ads code sharing, sending content to Meta and TikTok ad accounts, brief review before launch and a customer success manager.
What the subscription does not cover
The line most buyers miss is on the pricing page itself: creator payments must be budgeted separately, and a separate transaction fee is added to each creator payment. So your real cost has three parts.
- The subscription, paid quarterly or yearly after the trial
- What each creator charges. Insense's FAQ says UGC campaigns start at 100 USD per video and sponsored posts from 125 USD for nano influencers, while product seeding has no creator fee
- The marketplace fee on every creator payment, 20 percent on Trial, 10 percent on Brand and 7 percent on Agency
Add the cost of the product you ship to creators, and the hours your team spends reviewing applicants and editing raw clips into ads. Insense also sells post production, but that is a managed service and not part of the self serve price.
How much 10 UGC videos cost on Insense
Here is a realistic first quarter for a brand that orders 10 videos at the entry creator rate on the Brand plan, billed quarterly.
| Cost line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Brand plan, one quarter | 1,500 USD |
| 10 creators at 100 USD per video | 1,000 USD |
| 10 percent marketplace fee on creator pay | 100 USD |
| Total before product and editing | 2,600 USD |
| Cost per video | about 260 USD |
Spread across a full year of steady ordering, the subscription weighs much less per video. A brand that orders 10 videos every month on annual billing pays 4,800 USD for the plan plus about 13,200 USD in creator pay and fees, roughly 150 USD per video. The opposite is also true: if you only need one batch of videos, the quarterly commitment makes Insense one of the more expensive ways to buy them. If you start with the Trial instead, the first month is 650 USD plus a 20 percent fee on creator pay, and the account rolls into the Brand plan at 1,500 USD per quarter unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the trial ends. Put that date in your calendar on day one.
Usage rights, revisions and the applicant guarantee
Insense's FAQ says creators keep the copyright, while the brand receives full digital rights that include perpetual use across its marketing once content is approved and paid. Full IP ownership needs a separate managed services contract. That is enough for paid social, your site and email, but check the terms before you put a video on TV, packaging or outdoor ads. Our guide to UGC usage rights explains which licenses matter for paid ads. The FAQ also allows up to three revisions within the original brief and promises at least five matching applicants, refunding the subscription if applicants do not match the brief. Insense's directory profile states creator applications arrive in 1 to 3 business days and content in as few as 7 to 10 business days.
Is Insense worth the price?
Insense is worth it for brands that order UGC every month, have someone in house to brief creators and edit the footage, and run ads on Meta and TikTok where partnership ads and Spark Ads matter. The flat subscription gets cheaper per video the more you order, and the 10 percent fee on the Brand plan is lower than several pay as you go marketplaces. It is a poor fit if you need one batch of videos, if nobody on your team can manage creators, or if you want finished, edited ads handed back with hooks already tested. In the first case a no subscription marketplace is cheaper. In the second and third, a managed agency costs more per order but replaces the hours your team would spend. Before you commit to either, it is worth taking ten minutes to pull your competitors' live UGC ads so the brief you send asks for hooks that are already working in your category.

How much does Insense cost per month?
Insense costs 500 USD per month on the Brand plan billed quarterly, or 400 USD per month billed annually (4,800 USD per year). The Agency plan is 800 USD per month quarterly or 640 USD annually. A one month Trial costs 650 USD. Creator payments and a 7 to 20 percent marketplace fee are added on top.
Does Insense have a free trial?
No. Insense sells a paid Trial at 650 USD for one month, with one brand, one campaign, one seat and up to 10 creators, and a 20 percent marketplace fee. It moves to the Brand plan billed quarterly unless you cancel at least 48 hours before it ends.
Is the Insense marketplace fee added on top of creator pay?
Yes. Insense's pricing page states that a separate transaction fee is added to each creator payment. It is 20 percent on the Trial, 10 percent on the Brand plan and 7 percent on the Agency plan, so a 100 USD video costs 110 USD on the Brand plan before the subscription.
How much do creators charge on Insense?
Insense's FAQ says UGC campaigns start at 100 USD per video and sponsored posts start at 125 USD for nano influencers. Product seeding involves no creator payment and TikTok Shop collaborations are commission based. Experienced creators and longer videos cost more, and each creator sets their own rate.
Can I cancel Insense anytime?
You can cancel by emailing support or through chat, and access ends at the end of the current billing cycle. Because paid plans bill quarterly or yearly, cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the period you already paid for.
